Counselling Rehabilitation Program in Improving the Quality of Life for Physically Disabled People

Abstract

The present study aimed at recognizing counselling rehabilitation program in improving the
quality of life of a sample of the physically disabled people in Jordan. The sample had been
distributed into two groups: experimental of (20) disabled persons and a controlling group
consisted of (20) disabled persons, Results showed the existence of differences on the scale of
life quality for both dimensions; the bodily and time management. Results also pointed to the
existence of statistically significant differences in the dimension of time management ascribed to
interaction between both variables of the group and number of years of the handicap.
